Refund & Cancellation Policy

General rule

Domain registrations submitted successfully to a registry are generally final and non-refundable because registry fees are incurred immediately. Eligibility depends on the TLD, product type, and timing.

Consumer withdrawal

EU consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for certain distance contracts. If you request that we begin registration immediately and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights for that service as required by law, the right may expire once the domain is registered. Contact billing@mathlabspace.de promptly if you believe an order was placed in error before registry completion.

When refunds may be considered

We may consider goodwill or policy refunds where:

• Duplicate charges occurred due to a technical error
• A product failed to provision for reasons solely attributable to mathlabspace
• A promotional term expressly promised a money-back window

Typically non-refundable

Examples include successful domain creates, renewals after the registry accepts the term, aftermarket purchases, and services already consumed (e.g. SSL issuance after certificate delivery).

How to request

Email billing@mathlabspace.de with your account email, invoice number, domain name, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Cancellations & auto-renew

You may disable auto-renew in your portfolio. Disabling auto-renew does not refund the current paid term. Delete/cancel requests for domains may still leave you responsible until expiration unless a registry deletion completes.
