Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) protects mathlabspace customers, internet users, and infrastructure from abuse. Violations may result in suspension, deletion, reporting to authorities, or cooperation with registries and law enforcement.

Prohibited activities

You may not use mathlabspace services to:

• Distribute malware, ransomware, or exploit kits
• Operate phishing, credential harvesting, or social-engineering sites
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate open relays
• Host content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other IP rights
• Engage in illegal hate, child sexual abuse material, or other criminal content
• Conduct network attacks, scanning, or unauthorized access attempts
• Circumvent security controls or share compromised account access
• Falsify WHOIS/identity data or use domains for fraud

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@mathlabspace.de or security issues to security@mathlabspace.de. Include URLs, domain names, timestamps, headers, and screenshots where available.

Enforcement

We may lock domains, suspend DNS, disable accounts, or cancel services when we reasonably believe this AUP or law is violated. Where feasible we notify the account holder, except where notice would hinder an investigation or is legally restricted.
