Overview
The GDPR grants individuals control over their personal data. mathlabspace processes customer and website visitor data as described in the Privacy Policy. This page explains how to submit requests and what information we need to verify your identity.
Right of access (Art. 15)
You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and receive a copy of the data together with information about purposes, categories, recipients, retention, and your other rights.
Right to rectification (Art. 16)
You may request correction of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete data. For domain contacts, you can often update details directly in your portfolio; otherwise contact support or the DPO.
Right to erasure (Art. 17)
You may request deletion where data is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, processing is unlawful, or other Art. 17 grounds apply. Erasure may be limited where we must retain data for legal obligations (e.g. tax records, registry escrow) or to establish/defend legal claims.
Right to restriction (Art. 18)
You may request that we restrict processing in cases such as contested accuracy, unlawful processing where you oppose erasure, or pending verification of an objection.
Right to data portability (Art. 20)
Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you may receive personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and request transmission to another controller where technically feasible.
Right to object (Art. 21)
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time. Email privacy@mathlabspace.de with the subject “Objection – Art. 21 GDPR”.
Automated decision-making (Art. 22)
We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement as part of standard domain services. Fraud and abuse screening may use automated signals reviewed by staff where accounts are restricted.

Identity verification
To protect against unauthorized disclosure, we may ask you to verify identity (e.g. confirm account email ownership, provide domain ownership evidence, or limited ID verification for high-risk requests). We respond within one month of receipt, extendable by two further months for complex requests (Art. 12(3) GDPR).
Fees
Requests are generally free of charge. Where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act, explaining our reasons.
Supervisory authority
If you believe our processing violates the GDPR, you may complain to Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit: https://www.datenschutz-berlin.de/. You may also contact another EU supervisory authority competent for your location.
